B @ 9.30am: 3-in-1 coffee, 2 chocolate chip cookies homemade by Laura-Mae, 1 fun-sized cadbury chocolate
L @ 2.30pm: 2 curry puffs, rice with 1 piece of grilled chicken and small portions of indian vege curry, beef korma, butter chicken and lamb stroganoff
D @ 8.30pm: 1 nectarine, japanese bento set with 2 pcs of agadeshi tofu, bits of tuna, salad and pickles and rice, 2 glasses of homemade barley

wednesday
B @ 10am: a small bowl of homecooked chicken congee
L @ 1pm: 1 ham & cheese sandwich, salad with mango, avocado, some leaves and chicken, small plate of yellow rice with a slice of roast beef and chicken, small plate of fruits
D @ 8.30pm: forgot-how-many-course chinese seafood dinner - peking duck, lobster noodles, pepper crabs, some fried tofu with gravy, wasabi beef, pipis (clams) with XO sauce, bubur chacha dessert, chinese tea, 1 glass of white wine, 4 glasses of Hennesy with green tea.

L @ 1pm: hot fudge sundae and filet-o-fish from Mac, few mouthfuls of spaghetti bolognnaise, cappucino
D @ 6pm: We had a company BBQ - I had the chicken caesar salad, baked sweet potatoes, sausages, and sliced beef

L @ 2pm: farfarlle (pasta) with tomatoes, chives, capers, anchovies and olives, 2 cappucinos
D @ 6pm: 1 double cheese burger
Supper @ 11pm: a bowl of homecooked tomato soup (leftover from 2 tuesdays ago) with minced chicken bits, carrots, olives, sausages, onions

zomg yummy leh!!! makes mine pale in comparison! and shifu... studies show that pple who skip breakfast are stupider than those who dont... shifu try to eat sthg a bit more than kopi can? *huggles* psssst i love the previous entry wif all the photos. drools.
angel: i HAAAAAAAATE cereals with oats!!! am trying to stuff more fruits this week. haha.
yangs and tudi: no la, my boss was here the whole of last week so all the good food was catered for him and the directors. I got the leftovers mostly. but ya really yums.
