food diary: 24 - 30 mar

This week's highlights are the vietnamese rice noodles (BH: I found another place that serves better vietnamese beef noodles!!!), the Kilkenny and Guinnese draught extra cold (nice pub, great people, fantastic conversation), and >half bottle of Gordon Bleu (neat and on the rocks). Oh and check out the dumping frequency, man! Best record ever! (I have a feeling it's cos of the alcohol and the hotpots, no change in fibre consumption leh.)

L @ 12noon: 1 pack instant noodles dry
L again @ 1.15pm (cos still hungry): 1 pack instant rice vermicelli soup
D @ 7.30pm to 10pm: potato wedges, 1 toohey's new beer, spinach and ricotta lasagne with vege salad, 1 murray's pale ale, shared a sticky date pudding and bread and butter pudding and vanilla panacotta with 4 others

L @ 1pm: 1 pack instant noodle dry, 1 sml cappucino
D @ 6.30pm: vietnamese spicy beef stew rice noodle
Drinks from 10pm onwards: 5 chivas on the rocks, 1 jaegerbomb, 1 bourbon coke
Supper @ 2pm: pipis (clams) in X.O. sauce, half a bowl of century egg congee

Tea-break @ 4pm: 1 Kilkenny, 1 Guinesse draught extra cold
D @ 7.30pm: chong qing mala hotpot (with luncheon meat, quails eggs, sliced beef, beef tripe, enoky mushroom), mouthfuls of tantan noodles, mouthfuls of szechuan spicy cold noodles
Drinks from 10pm onwards: uncountable glasses of Gordon Bleu neat and on the rocks

sunday

L @ 1pm: 2 slices of bread with butter, half a rack of ribs, mouthfuls of baked potato with sour cream, 1 orange juice

I believe the regular mealtimes helped too! Something tudi cannot achieve but can only be consistently ... irregular. =X
