food diary: 3 - 9 Mar

I tried to up my fruits and vege consumption after being 'scolded' by a few close friends - went to the extent of stocking up a week's worth of fruits and yoghurt, but just somehow didn't get down to eating them. However, there seemed to be a slight improvement in the dumping frequency perhaps due to the increase in rubbish intake, or was it due to the extra virgin coconut oil??? O.o

monday
breakfast (B) @ 10.30am: a glass of full cream milk and 4 Oreo cookies (peanut butter & chocolate creme)
lunch (L) @ 12.30pm: (leftovers from sunday night) homecooked spaghetti aglio olio style with garlic, chilli, mushrooms and bacon, 1 sml cappucino
dinner (D) @ 7.45pm: homecooked spaghetti aglio olio style with garlic, chilli, bacon and baby white clams, mango yoghurt with half an avocado
dump: nil

tuesday
B @ 10am: a glass of skim milk and 4 Oreo cookies (peanut butter & chocolate creme)
L @ 12.30pm: (leftovers from mon night) homecooked spaghetti aglio olio style with garlic, chilli, bacon and baby white clams, 1 sml cappucino
D @ 7pm: instant noodles with 1 egg, 2 crabsticks and a few spiced pork cubes
Supper @ 11pm: a glass of unsweetened soya bean milk

wednesday
B @ 10.30am: a glass of skim milk and 6 Oreo cookies (peanut butter & chocolate creme)
L @ 1.30pm: instant noodles, 1 sml cappucino
D @ 7.30pm: homecooked spaghetti with tuna, mushrooms and chilli, strawberry yoghurt

thursday
B @ 10am: 3-in-1 coffee, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil
L @ 1.30pm: caesar salad with smoked salmon
@ 4pm: 1 passionfruit & mango smoothie
@ 6pm: 1 tablespoon of extra virgin coconut oil
D @ 9pm: crumbed lamb cutlets (very yummy!) with green peas and mashed pumpkin, 1 beer

friday
B @ 10am: 1 teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil, 1 glass of grass jelly drink
L @ 1pm: laksa with chicken, vege and tofu, 1 sml cappucino
@ 5pm: 1 teaspoon of extra virgin coconut oil
D @ 6.30pm: linguine with chilli prawns and rocket (a kind of green leafy vege)
Drinks @ 10pm onwards: 4 glasses of champagne, 1 chivas on the rocks, 1 tequila shot, multiple assorted cocktails

saturday

D @ 6pm: indonesian dinner - coconut steam rice with grilled chicken thigh, shared with a few others - fried kangkong (vege), soto ayam (soup), lontong and beef rendang, 1 glass of avocado drink with shaved ice and condensed milk

L @ 12.30pm: heavy meal of dim sum, 1 mocha
