I accidentally erased my food diary update for the week 21 - 27 July! The week I bought my first stalk of green shitty veg - spinach. I thought I saw beakee asking something about the shitty veg in the comments... and now everything's gone... BLEAH.

why's it called green shitty veg? coz it makes you poo? broccoli is really good for you though... :D
so... the entry is gone but the comment is still here! it's called shitty veg cos it tastes yucky. i am only eating them shitty veg cos they are good for me. i am still trying very hard to like them...
