Part of the week was spent in Mangalore. Due to the lack of meal venue options and no cooking facilities, I had to rely on microwaveable frozen meals and other junk foods. The moment I got back to Sydney, I stuffed myself with lots of fresh foods and fruits. Madam J commented she's very proud of me cos I'm beginning to eat like her. So encouraging hor?

L @ 12noon: beef tortellini with mushrooms and bacon in cream sauce, 1 cappuccino

D @ 7.30pm: rice vermicelli in laksa gravy with brocolli, beansprouts, cabbage, chicken and carrots, 1 juice (carrots, oranges, apples, beetroot and celery)
