first 10 guidelines for project P

#1: no late nights, sleep by 12 midnight every night

#2: sleep 7 to 8 hours a day

#3: drink one glass of milk every morning

#4: reduce caffeine intake from 1 coffee a day to 1 every other day

#5: drink more water and juice

#6: must incorporate veges and fruits into at least one meal a day

#7: walk to work (20min brisk walk) at least 3 times a week

#8: take the stairs instead of the lift (at work)

#9: do the whole body cellulite massage and moisturising routine on alternate days

#10: cleanse, tone, moisturise the face twice a day
