I made the worst violations of my Project P rules this last one week. 1) The consecutive late nights on the weekend trying to do everything including rushing a 50-page report for my boss over saturday and sunday. 2) The late night suppers I had. 3) The fatty meat and bone marrow I just couldn't resist eating. 4) And the one beer I had while watching the Olympics that led to another 15 shots of southern comfort. This could probably explain why I'm croaking like a frog now. I think I totally deserve it. Bleah.
