I received this certificate in the mail for successfully completing the Japanese Level 1A course I signed up for in July this year. I actually had to miss 3 lessons out of the full course of 9 due to work which strictly speaking meant I didn't fulfil the required minimum attendance of 80%. My very nice せんせい (teacher) かおるさん (Kaoru-san) recommended to the course coordinator that I more than qualify for the certificate because I did lots of self study and was ahead of the rest of the class despite my absences. ありがとございます !!!
I have signed up for Level 1B and will be attending the 1st of the next 9 lessons two Weds from now.
At the end of Level 1B, I am supposed to be able to:
- Talk about where I'm going, when and with who
- Talk about travel destinations, places and people to visit, how to get there and dates and times
- Describe the locations of things and people
- Describe what I see inside a building
- Describe daily routines
- Make invitations and suggestions
- Ask for directions
- Read and write Katakana
This (and the guitar stuff) will keep me extremely busy. I feel like I always don't have enough time for everything...
すばらし !!!
