A new colleague broke her shoes on Friday and asked me to bring her to the office's nearest shoe shop to get a cheap pair of shoes to tide her over the day. A quick trip to the Mascot shops ended up with 2 new pairs of shoes for myself and none for her.
I love this pair of white flats. It goes well with quite a number of dresses I got recently, so even though I found it a bit on the pricey side at $40, I bought it. I've already worn it twice this weekend with 2 of my vintage dresses.
As for the pair of black strappy 2.5inch heels below, it is not particularly great looking but at $25, I thought it affordable and makes for great work wear too. Now I just need to find an occasion or event at work to wear it to as I usually don't wear such high heels to work.

i surprise myself with all these shoe purchases too. the black ones, they are not too high for wearing out to play but i won't wear them to work. i usually take a 25min walk to work so a pair of comfy flats is needed.
