special chicken curry

After an hour of ice skating on Independence Day, I headed home for a meal of red hot chicken curry specially prepared by the HAH (it's Hokkien Aeroplane Housemate for the uninitiated). It's been ages since I had any authentic homecooked curries. This was just perfect for a cold winter evening.

I was tasked with slicing up the bread for dipping into the hot gravy.
