As part of the month long celebrations for my entry into club 30, I decided to cook chilli crabs for the peeps. Coincidentally, two of my very old friends from back in the secondary school days whom I've not met for about 10 years were holidaying in Sydney so I invited them along for some good old reminiscence. We had video footage of the entire evening's struggle with the live mud crabs before turning them into a delicacy to be served on the dining table. Here's a condensed video of the highlights. Enjoy.
