L @ 12.30pm: 2 salmon patties, some chips, a quiche, a mocha
D @ 6.30pm: french onion soup, pasta in tomato base

B @ 9am: sausage mcmuffin with egg, 1 cappucino
L @ 3pm: handfuls of potato chips, sweet corn and chicken soup, 2 slices of toast, 1 orange juice
D @ 6.30pm: KFC - 2 pieces chicken, 2 pieces crispy strips, 3 pieces nuggets, half a box of popcorn chicken, some french fries, 1 cup of mountain dew drink (I need to gorge on rubbish food to release some frustration)
