This week's dumping is atrocious. I've been eating more vege, you know!

D @ 8.30pm: lebanese food (dunno how to list the items), few sips of beer

tuesday
B @ 7.30am: bacon and egg roll, 1 cappucino
L @ 11.45pm: 6 inch subway cheese melt
Tea break @ 2.30pm: 1 cookie, handfuls of potato chips
Tea break @ 5pm: 1 muesli bar
D @ 8.30pm: chicken, mashed potato, boiled carrots and broccoli

wednesday
B @ 8.15am: toast, 2 eggs, 1 sausage, 1 piece of bacon, 1 grilled tomato, 1 cup of coffee
L @ 1.15pm: 2 sushi rolls (tuna and avocado)
D @ 7pm: chicken and mutton satays, potato slices

thursday
B @ 8.30am: scrambled eggs on toast, 1 cup of coffee
L @ 1pm: ham and cheese sandwich, green tea with pineapple juice
D @ 8.30pm: tonkotsu ramen, cod roe rice ball, calpis water

friday
B @ 9.30am: 1 cappucino, 1 krispykreme donut
L @ 3pm: prawn laksa
D @ 8pm: bread with butter, 3 escargots, some french pig trotter and pork blood sausage dish, half portion of creme brulee, one glass of merlot and one glass of port

saturday

L @ 11.30am: eggs benedict with ham, 1 cappucino
Tea break @ 3pm: 1 pear
D @ 7.30pm: rice with szechuan spicy chicken, spicy pepper oil beef, mapo tofu
Drinks after 9pm: 1 beer

sunday
B @ 10am: double boiled chicken herbal soup with bits of chicken meat
L @ 2.30pm: wanton noodles soup, roasted duck, roasted pork, mouthfuls of rice
Tea break @ 4.30pm: 1+ pints of beer
D @ 9pm: korean bibimbab and side dishes, kimchi pancake

i have dump problem too..
but after I started drinking coffee then followed by milk/yongurt....dumping got better :)
